Peter Hill

Peter founded Aequo Partners in 2017 and has over 20 years’ experience in mid-market M&A, corporate finance and business strategy. Before forming Aequo Partners, Peter worked in the advisory teams of Miles Advisory Partners and Deloitte Corporate Finance, and served as head of M&A and strategy for a leading Australasian consumer business.

Peter is a Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the ICAEW, having trained and qualified with Grant Thornton in London.

Craig Andrews

Craig has over 20 years’ experience across mid-market M&A, corporate development and private equity. As co-founder and Partner of Verso Capital Partners, he brings to Aequo Partners a private equity perspective on transaction strategy, investor expectations and the implications of external capital, succession or an exit.

Prior to establishing Verso, Craig spent 20 years at Miles Advisory Partners, advising on and executing approximately 50 mid-market transactions. Craig also held corporate development roles in wealth management, including raising capital and helping build a national platform subsequently sold to AXA Investment Managers.

Quinn Pierson

Quinn Pierson

Quinn is an investment research specialist with experience spanning technology, consumer and small-caps. Based in the United States and travelling globally, he brings to Aequo Partners unique insight into US and global market dynamics and a broad network across corporates and investors relevant to Australian technology and growth businesses.

Quinn began his career at Deloitte before moving into sell-side equity research and investment banking. He led a highly rated technology team before moving into funds management. He is also the founder of Confluence Research, providing institutional investors with in-market intelligence on the offshore operations of ASX-listed companies.
